It’s time to go again.
I’ve been away a while.
Since I was last here I
quit my job
won a Creative Writing MA award
broke my ankle
wrote a novel
lost my Mum
got an agent
moved to Abu Dhabi.
It’s time to go again.
The novel is with the People Who Matter
its future unclear
so in the meantime it’s time to go again.
Longer fiction feels impossible right now.
Who knows what world we will wake up to tomorrow or the next day or the next day?
Flash fiction is where I will find my peace.
So it’s time to go again.
