We find shelter from The Horde in the old courthouse.
Casey marvels at the cornicing, the domed ceiling, the utilitarian furniture.
’IKEA with an identity crisis,’ I joke, but Casey looks blank.
‘This was where justice happened,’ I say.
‘What was justice?’
‘Revenge, mostly.’
‘Creepy. Let’s take our chances Outside.’
